Purpose
The Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals has the following responsibilities, as set forth in Section 8-6 of the Connecticut General Statutes:
- To determine and vary the application of the Zoning Regulations
- To hear, consider, and decide upon appeals from an order or decision of the Zoning Enforcement Officer
